Zapraszamy na warsztaty edukacyjne - Dzikie owoce Puszczy Zielonki

Przyzwyczailiśmy się, że owoce trafiają na nasze stoły z sadów, jagodników czy ogródków przydomowych. Niektórzy z nas ciągle jeszcze praktykują zbieranie jagód, malin czy jeżyn w lesie – choć w dzisiejszych czasach to coraz rzadsza praktyka. Tak naprawdę przydomowe jabłka, gruszki, śliwki, czereśnie, agrest, czy porzeczki posiadają swoich skromnych kuzynów i protoplastów wśród dzikiej roślinności terenów leśnych i zadrzewieniowych. Warto poznać te gatunki a przy okazji taksony na co dzień nie kojarzące się z ludzką dietą, lub uważane za trujące. Warto dowiedzieć się również, czy zjadając jabłko, gruszkę czy jeżynę aby na pewno (w dosłownym tego słowa znaczeniu) jemy owoce. Warto w końcu, dowiedzieć się jak istotą rolę dzikie owoce pełnią dla zachowania różnorodności biologicznej.

Wszystkie te zagadnienia wywodzące się z działu botaniki jakim jest karpologia, postaramy się Państwu przybliżyć i uzmysłowić podczas spotkania. Słowo uzmysłowić, nie pojawiło się tutaj przypadkowo, bo oprócz słuchu, zaangażujemy Państwa poczucie smaku, zapachu i dotyku – strachu też.
 

Warsztaty odbędą się 17 września br. Startujemy o godz. 10:00. Zbiórka przy SP w Wierzonce.
Warsztaty poprowadzi Artur Golis.
W programie spacer i omówienie zebranych owoców i ich zastosowania.

Ilość miejsc: 35 osób.
